1. Avoid using cold eggs and butter
- Make sure they are at room temperature
2. Measure your ingredients properly
-Don't compact your flour
3. Butter your pans
-You don't want your cake to get stuck
4. Pan placement is important
-Make sure to place it in the center of the oven and make sure to rotate your pans throughout baking time
5. Cool your cake upside down
-This will flatten the top of your cake making stacking earlier
I always wondered what I had to do to not get the cake stuck to the pan. I used oil once, but that didn't workout so well. Haven't made make in forever. But great tips! Once I actually decide to make a fake I'll definitely butter my pan.
